Dessiree Troncoso, MBA - Operations and Asset Manager
Mrs. Troncoso has over ten years of experience in real estate investments. She has experience in auditing, marketing, asset management and market research. She holds a bachelors from the University of South Florida and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. The Operations and Asset Management team is responsible for:
Preparation of financial reports for acquisitions and monthly investor reports.
Finding prospective properties within markets through field research and/or through the company’s network of lenders, investors, contractors, and professionals.
Evaluate comparable rentals and sales for potential investment acquisitions and dispositions
Investment analysis using key financial measurements to determine operation performance and identify trends.
Denny Troncoso, MSRE Principal - Asset & Property Manager
Mr. Troncoso has over ten years of real estate experience. His experience includes identifying, negotiating, researching, financing, renovating, managing, and selling residential and commercial properties. He has had extensive experience in property renovation, property management and acquisition analysis. He holds a bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has held in the past both a mortgage and series 6 investment licenses working with mutual funds, IRAs, 401ks, and other retirement plans.
