Dessiree Troncoso, MBA

Hi, I’m Dessiree, and I love talking about real estate. Here are a few brief and concise highlights about me and my experience:

I have over ten years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong focus on the acquisition and disposition of residential investments. I have worked with a wide range of properties, from single-family homes to small and mid-sized multifamily complexes. My background includes property management, market research, marketing campaigns, and financial analysis.

I consider myself a lifelong learner. Whether it’s reading a book, taking a course, or attending a seminar, I truly enjoy the learning process. Currently, I am focused on learning more about building sustainable and affordable housing to improve both people’s lives and the environment.

Denny Troncoso

My name is Denny Troncoso and I am excited to help you become a homeowner, refinance or buy an investment property. A little about me, I originally obtained my mortgage license in 2005. However, after the market crashed around 2007 I worked as a personal financial advisor. I helped people in areas such as insurance, debt consolidation, credit repair, wealth management and retirement planning. While helping clients I was studying at the University of Central Florida Go Knights! and the University of South Florida Go Bulls! yes I said that in the same sentence.

One thing I've learned is I'm passionate about financial education and helping people build wealth. The number one way to do this is by becoming a homeowner. For this reason after many years I decided to again obtain my mortgage license to help people with this process.

Born in the Dominican Republic, my parents moved me to New York City at age 3. At age 10, they moved to Orlando FL where I call my hometown. Currently I reside in Ocala FL with my wife Dessiree and son Lorenzo. I love volunteering, teaching and reading. I've been part of several local organizations including Take Stock in Children and Toastmasters.

As a bookworm, I love to read history, biographies, investment, psychology and self development books. I read over 100 books a year. Follow me on Goodreads if you want to know what I'm reading next. One of my favorite quotes is from Ghandi "Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever."
