Timberland Apartments was a major renovation project with over $1,200,000 in renovations. The community has a mix of townhome and villa style units. The interior of the units included renovations to flooring, cabinetry, windows, and appliances. When purchased there were sixteen units that were uninhabitable. The units have been completed and rented. The property is close to SW 200 that offers shopping, restaurants, and access to highway 75.
Garden Villas
Garden Villas is 32 unit property located 10 minutes from downtown Ocala, FL. The property's "bones" were in good condition due to the cement block construction from the 1970's. Renovations included updates to the interior, roofs and appliance replacement. Property was sold December 2021.
Riverwalk Apartments
A 24 unit garden style apartment community located in Dunnellon, Florida. Renovations included HVACs, Water Heaters and flooring. The property is located in downtown Dunnellon, close to shops, Rainbow River, restaurants, and city festivals. Property was sold December 2020.
Citrus Park Apartments
A 20 unit villa apartment community located in Inverness, Florida. Citrus Park Apartments was less than 10 minutes from restaurants and the main shopping thoroughfare. The property was in a nice quaint location across from the Citrus Wildlife Management Area. Property was sold in June 2020.
