The companies founders have nearly 20 years of real estate eFounded in 2013, Coso Capital Group's founders have over ten years of experience in operating residential and multifamily properties, affordable housing programs, large renovation projects, property management and asset management.

As of 2022, the company transitioned into developing new projects. Our mission is develop lifestyle projects that bring people together and create memories. Transforming the way people interact with their communities.

Our vision is to provide attainable housing for the nontraditional family: single parents, childless couples, empty nesters and singles at all stages.

The company is consulting with nonprofits to find new and sustainable ways to build homes. We hope we are able to bring our vision to communities near you.

Denny - Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Denny serves as Coso Capital Group's Chief Executive Officer where he is responsible for Strategic Planning, Acquisitions, Investor Relations and Sales.

Denny holds a bachelor’s degree in management and Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He also holds a masters degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has held both mortgage and series 6 investment licenses working with mutual funds, IRAs, 401ks and more.

Denny has completed his goal to complete a marathon and half marathon. He enjoys reading books and traveling.
